Google Bad Review (2): We bought a scooter from these guys last year. Customer service was great.
I recently got a puncture and was looking for some replacement parts.
Called and emailed, no response. Eventually I got a rude woman on the phone suggesting I “look up the internet” for parts, not her problem.
I then got a chap who suggested I emailed him my bank details, he didn’t even ask what parts I needed or how much they’d cost me. So sorry, “just send bank details” rings all sorts of alarm bells. I contacted the chap Liam who I purchased the scooter from and now they won’t respond to me at all.
So now I have a scooter I paid over £1000 for and can’t get parts.
Initial sale experience was good, after sales is terrible (this is the first EVER review I’ve left for any company, that’s how bad the service has been).
If you’re looking for a scooter, look elsewhere
