Google Bad Review 1: Absolute cowboys. ‘Backend admin workers’ from hell. I asked for a second opinion from a professional, I swiftly received a threatening phone call from the ‘admin’ stating I was wrong to do so. That was followed up with an official letter to tell me to ‘find another surgery’ if I didn’t like the first opinion. Avoid any GP owned by a larger company, in my experience.

Google Bad Review (2): Cowboys medical practice, situated in a GYM building. My GP made an appointment with them for a scan. Not easy to locate and park, but I've managed to get inside the reception 2 min later than my appointment, only to be told by a rude lady at the reception desk after waiting 4 min in the queue that my appointment is cancelled because I am 7 min late.
On my way home I get a text from them : You have missed your appointment… I called the main office , to be told again that is my fault.
