Google Bad Review 1: Attempted to charge private fees for NHS covered treatments – especially a scale and polish covered in band 1 and 2. Unwilling to send a dental treatment plan as per NHS policy and booked me in for a private treatment less than 24 hours between appointments. This does not allow enough time for changing appointments or cancellation (24 hours policy) and so they've taken £25 deposit. Clearly would take better care if more money was given.

Google Bad Review (2): On 3 of May ive had my filling done as previously ive been told by JAGDISH PATEL the dentist that there is a hidden decay underneath the old filling and suggested potentially later on u might have to get it done so i did ..and imidietly just after 3 to 4 days after when the local anesthetic was fully gone i had this very sharp pain on that tooth as ive been told by him its normal to have a pain so gave it a go another few days to see if that pain will go away on is own which it didn't at all i could eat anything with that side
So on 17 May i went back to see him to fix the pain and he repeatedly said its normal to have pain and i said most of my teeth as u can see got a filling so ive never had anything likr that in my that i would have pain from just a simple filling so he just polished that area and said it should be fine now but if ull have a bit of a pain still its normal i said ok hopefully i wont have the pain anymore however i still had a pain so i gave it a go few days again and the pain still was there i went back on 25 May he polished again and it was much better but already started having a pain when i bite on something so ive contacted them waiting for them to get back to me now

Im absolutely disappointed disgusted and i feel like ive been torchered i have constant fear if ll bite this ill have pain never thought that ill have a excruciating pain from a simple filling and being told its still fine when its not extremely upset and frustrated very unexperienced dentist couldn't help me couldn't hear me literally usless and unprofessional definitely wouldn't recommend this dentist at all pls run deserves 0*even
