Google Bad Review 1: Not remotely close to sushi in taste, nor was it tasty either as ‘fusion’ food. Terrible service by staff who looked like their souls have already left for home despite it being only 12 noon (and it wasn’t even that busy). We ordered the seared salmon maki, the staff forgot about our order so I had to remind them.
As for the roll itself- the rice was wet and mushy when real Japanese sushi rice is supposed to be firm with a bit of bounce to the bite. The salmon was tasteless and bland (pretty amazing how they could make raw salmon become tasteless!) The roll was served with soy sauce, but we were not given a saucer to put the soy sauce in.
Overall a horrible experience and will never go back. You’re better off with the other restrictions next door.
