Google Bad Review: I came to this clinic a while ago. Although Ewa is friendly and nice, but she does not take the time to go through all the risks and possible consequences in order to clarify everything to potential clients. She mainly gave me a bunch of paper to sign and I wasn't given the time to read it through since she did not clarify anything before the procedure. So basically, it was a nice friendly chat that had nothing to do with the procedure whilst I signed the consent form. I felt distracted, as Ewa should've either explained the risks and consequences of electrolysis or stopped chatting to me and given me the time to read the form thoroughly.
So, basically, I was left with scars, many months went by, and the scars didn't fade away.
Had Ewa told me that scarring would happen or had she given me the time to read the consent form fully, I wouldn't have done the procedure at all. I should've been told about scars or I should've be given the time to read the form peacefully. And I now have a permanent scar. I am not happy at all.
Apart from the scar, at the first beginning of the consultation, Ewa asked “what has been growing on your body” in a kind of making fun of it and grinning. I found the joke highly inappropriate, especially at the first 2 minutes of the consultation, also because, these things such as skin tags, moles, etc start growing in inconvenient places, then the so-called practitioner makes fun of it, this is highly unprofessional.
UPDATE:
Ewa replied insinuating that I did not do the treatment with her by saying “if you have done the treatment with us”. Of course I did, and I was left me with scar! Scars are permanent! Emailing the clinic will not erase my scars since they are forever, Ewa should've told that scars are possible when removing blemish, if I was made clear about it, I would never had gone through it.
