Google Bad Review 1: Apart from the infestation of rats, the house was fine. The agents were the only reason I moved.
I couldn't deal with them any longer. You call then to report a problem and you're bounced between different people each time, none of them knowing what is going on and nobody returns your calls.
I've never been so frustrated and stressed as I have with these agents.
Rude and unprofessional, it took over a month for them to get their handyman to lay rat poison. Meanwhile we were living in fear and the stench was unbearable, people were falling sick.
I would avoid these agents and their less than ideal quarters.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst agency I've had to deal with in 7 years and many moves around London!
Incompetent, arrogant, inefficient, dishonest staff and company!
They keep doing their “inspections” but never get anything fixed.
They disappear whenever you need them.
They are the worst headache as they keep asking you to forward and re-froward and re-forward every email and end up giving excuses as to why they don't read their emails.
Cherry on top? They will loose your deposit and try to run away from their responsibilities.
Companies like that should be closed!
