Google Bad Review 1: If I could leave less I would as it has been a week since my order was due to arrive, I emailed to ask what was going on as I understand what is going on right now however have not got a reply. My order was supposed to be here on the 8th and it is now the 16th. Never going with this company again as they just do not care about their customers whatsoever enough to give them a reply. I ordered through wowcher and they said the latest date it would be here is the 8th. I have no idea when or if it will arrive as I have had absolutely no response whatsoever.

Google Bad Review (2): Very unprofessional company that I will never attempt to purchase from again.
Having bought a Wowcher for a bed I received an email confirming a delivery date. I’m self employed and rearranged my schedule to wait for delivery. A few hours later I received a second email with a new delivery date, so I spent the next few hours rearranging my workload again. By 3pm on the day of delivery and having used the tracking information which only confirmed my bed was at my local depot, I became concerned and email all involved. No one responded until the following day. The long and short of it is, ideal furniture had over sold the bed I wanted and I missed out. I didn’t receive an explanation about why I had received delivery details, no one put their name to the emails and all I got was a sorry and a “Wowcher has been informed to give you a refund” Disgusting way to treat customers and even worse given that I incurred losses due to their incompetence. To make matters worse the bed is still being advertised on Wowcher and will no doubt end up costing other people money too.
