Google Bad Review 1: Was there early today so I could be the first in line. After waiting 35 min until 9:20am finally gave up when the place was supposed to open at 9am. Very unprofessional – ended up going somewhere else. Used to use this place in the past, but the service standards seemed to have lapsed.

Google Bad Review (2): Awful experience, the photographer was very brash, bordering rude.
As this is a photo studio, I was surprised to find the quality of the images lacking in comparison to all other passport type photos I have -including those taken via booth and by other photo studios- so much so that I question whether the gentleman who took my photos today is an actual trained photographer.
For example, having left the premises and reviewed – I observed, poor framing in my images, the pictures were taken slightly looking down on the subject instead of being framed eye level head on – a basic to consideration to make in this type of photography, yet he failed to do so. This ineffectual framing in my opinion belies any genuine photographic skill.
There are a number of positive reviews for this establishment -which is what drew me to the establishment initially – so it may well be that I was simply unlucky in my encounter on this day, and I caught the photographer on a bad day.
However I hope that my concerns aren't brushed aside, and that instead of unnecessary deflection this gentleman takes pause for reflection, and more mindfulness in how he navigates his business going forward both in a personal and a professional capacity.
