Google Bad Review 1: Hyderabadi spice is genuinely one of the worst places in East Ham to enjoy food.ive lived here 30years and I’ve seen restaurants like them come&go after hanging on for few years,absolutely horrific customer service.sure the biryani is ok.dum is supposed to be the best biryani and for those who don’t know,real Hyderabadi cuisine in India is supposed to be up there with the best.one gets the feeling that’s the only reason people plan on going here.what they get is biryani which is distinctly average,but if just about average is the best you can do for what is supposed to be your house special then you need to sort it out mate.why wasn’t my rice fluffy and raita smooth?do you use real saffron?why was my chicken pahadi kebab salmonella pink when cut through?why serve with barely a pinch of friend onions?dont expect the staff here to answer these questions.I've been here 3 times in the years since they’ve opened and I still don’t know why I’ve been here that many times.if you are a couple and go here with your significant other, the only way service could be made worse is if the “waiter” serves the byriani on the floor and pours the curry on your partners head.if you go here with your family then the only way service could be made worse is if the server smacks your old man over the head with the karahi wok.waiting and serving is a profession guys, it should not be beneath anyone and I personally hate it when waiters get slack from customers,but you guys need some communication training.for an average price of £30 for two people don’t expect much here.i haven’t met anyone in my extended family or friends in East Ham who has gone to this place and thought anything more than “meh”.which surprises me when I see people writing excellent reviews about the place.

Google Bad Review (2): Food was bad, got served yesterday's biryani. Food was just heated and microwaved and brought to us. The starter was raw. Biryani rice was stale and tasted like cardboard. Very small place with limited seating. Used to be good but it's gone downhill completely.
