Google Bad Review: I saw a blow dry deal offered by Hush on Groupon and thought I would give it a try as not all products and techniques used for it are good.(I usually have it done in Brazil but due to COVID-19, I can’t travel hence why I wanted to try at Hush and would be more than happy to go back and pay full price if I liked it). Bought the deal twice and both times when I tried to book in the staff were so rude and unprofessional. Specially once I confirmed I had a Groupon Voucher. I was told that instead of the appointment for two weeks time which I was about to be booked in for, it would be in 3 MONTHS time for Groupon voucher which would be well after my voucher had expired – even if I buy a new voucher, I wouldn’t be able to use it because the next available appointment is in 3 months or longer. But to me, the big thing is that they don’t even bother making you feel welcome in the saloon, don’t know how to speak nicely, politely or professionally to another human being. They act and talk to you as if they are doing you a favor. It just once again showed me that they want you to go away, cancel your voucher and never come back. Why do they offer deals on Groupon then?
Surely their loss! Well, they don’t really care!
