Google Bad Review 1: family owned business, with a taste of corleone…they ask me to prep lots of papers and stuff for a rental, but they ve change there conditions last minute (probably they had another offer) at the end i was left with nothing…time waisters with bad manners and poor communication skills (especially her) i wouldnt recommend at all!

Google Bad Review (2): WANT TO FEEL LIKE A STAR IN THE WILD WEST! These bunch of cowboys will lease you a property not fit for purpose with mouldy carpets, marks on floors/walls and appliances that are not secured (washing machine fell out when we had a baby). At the end of your tenancy they will then try and claim your deposit for the same things, carpets frayed at the edges because of it being incorrectly fitted. Repeated appointments, missed appointments (when you've taken time off work). I received more than one jobsheet with someone else's details on, I presume that other tenants received incorrect jobsheets with my personal details on. As good a gunslingers as they are, they're not too bright, if they try and take your deposit then be sure in contesting it with the DPS. They most likely will try it on, thankfully I'd kept evidence and received most of my deposit back. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. More professional outfits further up the high street.
Furthermore, in response to yours. I have never received such an affront whereby a company has tried to claim for damages for a carpet laid incorrectly by their incompetent sub-contractors. If this was a damning inaccurate review then the DPS made a mistake awarding us back our deposit for the claims you made. I will leave it to others to draw their own conclusions.
No contact with the ombudsman as of yet but I shall consider it!
