Google Bad Review (2): Time will tell in terms of the investment, but I found the levels of service dropped off after making the investment – errors in communication and long times to reply. The pension advice (or as they put it ‘making me aware of the options') differed from every other person I'd spoken to, and I felt they should have recognised the signals a bit earlier.
