Google Bad Review (2): I ordered a cot from this company and selected the within 2-7 working day delivery option !!! Day 6 no delivery or correspondence re:delivery .I emailed to ask if they would indeed be delivering within their given time slot , Jason responded with yes it should be with you tomorrow (Fri) Veera responded informing me seven working days actually gave them until Mon to deliver ( not quite sure of her maths on that one ) I found her email somewhat curt and decided to look at their reviews , whilst many customers seem happy equally many do not , unhappy reviews are responded to by huggle team blaming suppliers , postal services and indeed customer themselves !!! Anyway I waited all day Friday and nothing , emailed Jason again who says yes I'm right I won't be recieving cot today ,and he's checking with warehouse when it will be , receive email Tues with huggle using dpd logo saying I'm to take delivery today and given a time slot from 11 am . Another day off to wait for delivery,. Rang dpd 12.30am as no time slot forthcoming , spoke to a lovely lady who informed me that whilst Huggle use dpd logo within their email huggle actually have no idea when delivery will be coming to the customer !!!!! First and last time using this company , all a customer needs is an honest answer , and not to be taking time off work waiting for deliveries that they have no intentions of honouring .
