Google Bad Review 1: We were assisted by Marta and Eddie from Parkheath.
Both Huddleston's and Parkheath failed to inform the property we were renting, had a shared energy meter between properties, making one tenant responsible for paying the consumption of energy for 2 properties. The 2nd tenant was not able to register himself with an energy provider because the submeter installed in his flat was not registered with National Grid.
Only after 6 months of tenancy, Parkheath informed tenants there was an informal agreement between previous tenants to split the energy bill as they pleased.

Google Bad Review (2): I would no longer trust nor use this agency. I’m a landlord and Huddletons was managing a flat of mine. They failed to pay me rent on time several months in a row, when the tenant was actually paying on time; Huddletons blamed an internal account error. Things got worse when I found out they were letting my flat to a short stay tenancy company without telling me – this was a total breach in the terms of our contact.
