Google Bad Review 1: Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived from our 7 hours of travel, there were no staff present at all in reception. We attempted to check in with the provided terminal however it did not recognise my details. Three employees then appeared from the office, strangely looking a little surprised to see us. One employee then attempted to check me in however could not find my booking. When provided him with my booking reference and name for the 4th or 5th time he advised me that I had already checked in and implied that I had done something wrong. When I advised that I had only just arrived from Scotland and it was impossible for me to have already checked in he began swearing profusely about the mess that he had to sort out. He eventually gave me a key and I went upstairs to my room. On opening the door to the room, I discovered that he has given me a key to someone else room. Thankfully there was nobody in and it was just filled with possessions. I went back down to reception to find once again no employees at reception. I then knocked on the office door but they appeared from outside and now reception had a very strong smell of cannabis… He didn't believe that it was someone else's room so took the key off me and for some reason went to check. Eventually he got me in an unoccupied room, but the whole ordeal left me very disappointed.
