Google Bad Review 1: Awful breakfast. Either don't offer breakfast at all or please make it a proper English breakfast. Note: there's more to an English breakfast than just eggs, beans and sausages! Obviously there was no vegetarian/vegan sausage.

Google Bad Review (2): Left a pair of wireless earphones in my room, less than an hour after leaving the hotel I called back and explained what had happened, I knew EXACTLY where I left them. Staff told me there was nothing in the room, housekeeping had blatantly stolen my property and the hotel refused to take any responsibility. Mo the down the line they still can't explain how my property magically disappeared in the space of 45 minutes, I had to point out the difference between a ‘lost' and ‘left' item as they continually tried to suggest it was my fault they couldn't find them. Avoid if you care about keeping all your possessions after your stay.
