I used to be a regular customer here. Always ordering from them.
I like my food to be spicy, some people like it to be mild.
So I placed and order online and then called them to ask for it to be extra spicy and they said they will charge me an EXTRA £1.50 for making it spicy!!! LOOOOL. ARE THEY SERIOUS????
FIRSTLY which INDIAN takeaway charges EXTRA money to make something more spicy???
Secondly if they are new owners, surely they should try to retain the previous owners loyal customers?? Basic business 101.
The person on the phone was rude af! And didn't seem interested. I cancelled the order and he didn't seem to care one bit.
Such a shame since me and my family and a lot of the bengali people in the area used to order from you guys but now they won't anymore.
You bengalis are such flops Lool. It will fail for you guys sorry to say, if you continue like this 😉
