Google Bad Review 1: I'm very disappointed with the care we've had to experience from this clinic over the last five months. If you read my earlier review, you'll notice that I expressed about HOA's excellent service, however I retract that statement. The clinic's treatment is far from five-star, and the customer service is appalling. I'll go into some depth about what I've encountered with HOA on several occasions, as well as what my family has had to deal with.
My mum arrived for her micro-needling treatment today, expecting Hava to perform her facial, but she was told by reception that she no longer performs this type of treatment. My mother was disappointed since she had expected Hava to perform her treatment. When I called reception to inform them of my mums experience, the receptionist assured me that the new clinician has a lot of experience and that my mother will be in good hands. I responded by saying I'd tell my mum to come over and try her treatment with someone else. The receptionist then mentioned that the clinician is unable to do the treatment at this time, and that your mother must reschedule because she is 8 minutes late. I was astounded by her response because, first and foremost, it was HOA's fault that the treatment was delayed because they failed to phone my mother before to her appointment to inform her of the situation. Second, I've received multiple treatments from them and have had to wait more than 45 minutes to be seen. I was also scheduled for a laser treatment at 09.30 a.m., but the clinic didn't open until 10:00 a.m., and I didn't get seen until 10.15 a.m.!!!! I also sent them an email over a month ago and addressed it to the manager Lee to formally complain about what I experience, but no one responded.

Google Bad Review (2): I had an awful experience with this clinic. I had Morpheus8, and it was the most painful procedure I have ever experienced and I have also been left with jowls!! When I complained to Lee the manager he was not prepared to give me any money back and tried to offer me different treatments instead. I refused any other treatments and said I would take it further, so eventually and very reluctantly he decided to give me a small percent back. I asked for proof of how long the Practitioner had been doing the certain treatment but he wasn’t prepared to disclose that information, all he said was “she’s been in the Business for 25 years” I am so unhappy with my results and feel I have been robbed of my money. When people have these treatments they are supposed to look better not worse! What I will say is the team are excellent sales people and will sell you as much treatments and products as they possibly can. I wish I’d never went to this clinic ( and I only did as it was local) and I just hope that it will help others reading this review to not fall for the sales patter and do your research. Awful experience
