Google Bad Review (2): (Translated by Google) It is a good idea of service, the room for my daughter was found very quickly and with all the criteria ….. For that she paid 400 pounds plus 150 pounds paid to the agency which held the rental of the bedroom. Pay when the service is real is not a problem, except that 3 weeks after its installation the agency warned my daughter that she had to leave because she no longer managed the accommodation, entrusted to someone else by the owner. I myself called House London Trip to notify them and my daughter also contacted them. We could still expect them to start a free search again, because it’s a bit of their job to check that the room is not going to be removed from the rental after 3 weeks ….. And even if it was difficult to know, it was obvious that they were expected to resume research at no cost …… On the phone my daughter was answered that she should still pay 150 pounds (there is still theft) …. And It was agreed that we would contact her again one day ….. and we are still waiting …. Therefore she is managed alone and finally she found quickly …. CONCLUSION: offering a service is good but still it must be of quality and useful …. and when we make a mistake, commercially it is desirable to rectify it in order to maintain a good reputation ….

C’est une bonne idée de service, la chambre pour ma fille a été trouvée très rapidement et avec tous les critères…..Pour cela elle a déboursé 400 livres plus 150 livres payées à l’agence qui détenait la location de la chambre. Payer lorsque le service est réel n’est pas un problème, sauf que 3 semaines après son installation l’agence a averti ma fille qu’elle devait partir car elle ne gérait plus le logement, confié à quelqu’un d’autres par le propriétaire. J’ai moi même appelé House London Trip pour les avertir et ma fille les a aussi re contactés. On pouvait s’attendre quand même à ce qu’ils recommencent une recherche sans frais, car c’est un peu leur job de vérifier que la chambre ne va pas être retirée de la location au bout de 3 semaines…..Et même si il était difficile de le savoir, il était évident qu’on s’attendait à ce qu’ils reprennent la recherche sans frais……Au téléphone il a été répondu à ma fille qu’elle devrait quand même repayer 150 livres (là c’est quand même du vol) ….Et Il a été convenu qu’on reprendrait contact avec elle un certain jour…..et on attend encore….De ce fait elle s’est débrouillée seule et finalement elle a trouvé rapidement….CONCLUSION: proposer un service c’est bien mais encore faut-il qu’il soit de qualité et utile….et quand on fait une erreur, commercialement il est souhaitable de la rectifier afin d’entretenir une bonne réputation….
