1- Badly educated receptionist and very bad attention. They do not speak Spanish and it bothers them to repeat things to you in English, they do not provide any information.
2 – Ridiculous room, a ZULO, super small, the heating worked at times, the bed full of springs and to top it off, the fire alarm went off at 2 am in the entire hotel. Nobody said anything.
3 – The location 15 minutes from the metro stop. Although there is a bus stop at the entrance.
4 – Very poor quality breakfast (to escape), although I have to say that the waitresses were very good and very polite, they pay attention to you and are always aware of what you need.

Literalmente un ZULO.
1- Recepcionista mal educada y muy mala atención. No hablan español y les molesta repetirte las cosas en ingles, no facilita nada de información.
2 – Habitación ridícula, un ZULO, super pequeña, la calefacción funcionaba a ratos, la cama llena de resortes y para rematar, salto la alarma de incendio a las 2 de la madrugada en todo el hotel. Nadie dijo nada.
3 – La ubicación a 15 minutos de la parada del metro. Aunque hay una parada de bus en la entrada.
4 – Desayuno de muy mala calidad (para escapar), aunque he de decir que las camareras atendían muy bien y muy educadas, te prestan atención y están siempre pendientes de lo que necesitas.
