Google Bad Review (2): My partner was served immediately at the ladies shop next door. I, on the other hand, wasn't even acknowledged at the mens' shop. No greeting, no smiling, they didn't even look at me as if I wasn't there. I stood at the unmanned desk – nothing happened. I sat waiting for about 15 minutes – nothing happened. I might as well have been invisible. I only went in to make an appointment.
This was your loss Hotshots. You could have had a regular customer, but if you're not going to make the effort neither am I.
You have to do better than that.
Make eye contact.
Say hello when paying customers walk in.
Have the desk manned at all times.
Don't keep paying customers waiting.
