Google Bad Review: Hopeless. Only saw ladies from Africa and most of them hardly knew any English. If no English then how can they be trained or qualify to be carer and especially understand different health conditions of clients.. Had no idea about what dementia is and how it effects individual and how to deal with people with dementia.
All we got was shouting and screaming from several of their carers.
Calling my parent aggressive when it was them making my parent feel that way .
There seems to be many agencies like these operating that the local authorities use.
No carers should be working without full training and qualified, in English.
Without full training and qualification they cause too mush distress to the clients and that causes clients to deteriorate fast with their conditions..
