Google Bad Review (2): Extremely poor customer service: they booked me in to view a property and nobody ever showed up. When I called wondering what was going on they said the vendor could not show it because she was in a conference call and wanted to arrange it in two hours time, by the time I was 10 miles away. I gave up trying to look properties with the agency and wouldn't even dream of selling mine through them.
