Google Bad Review 1: I've had more issues than I care to suffer with this company. The attitude of the staff when dealing with there mistakes is disgraceful.

Google Bad Review (2): BEWARE – the Homelet tenant referencing system is very weak, it is not fit for purpose. Homelet ask the applicant to supply their own contract of employment and payslips. Homelet do not check ANY DETAILS with the applicants employer, so it is wide open to abuse and fraud from unscrupulous applicants. We now have a sitting tenant (who provided fake contract of employment and payslips to Homelet, which they did not spot), who never pays the rent on time and is months in arrears. Their customer service is very slow and it can take up to TWO MONTHS for them to respond to a complaint. So much for being able to trust Homelet eh? AVOID.
