Google Bad Review 1: Bought tiles from Barking store Nova floor tiles 40sqm After my builder finished laying them we found out they are different shades and faulty after complaining and regional manager came and told me that tiles are faulty agreed with me and then got his boss to my house and then decided it not tiles it’s grout thinking I am idiot.please please dnt buy from these people they are theirs and liars.They will promised you some thing and change next day.i am putting proof these tiles are faulty and there is no issue of grout.

Staff and manager does not know how to keep commitments and rip customers off by all means. Staff very non-cooperative. A lots of promises but ZERO performance. Extremely stressful experience. Will not recommend anyone to go to this branch. They are trying to eat up £900 + deposite because they failed to deliver the goods.
