Google Good Review: We were desperate to find care for dad after being let down by other local home care providers. Dad needs specialist dementia care and Home Instead Harrow knew exactly how to help. After the initial conversation, we had a lovely care manager called Manisha come and assess our situation and look around the home. She made us feel at ease and explained everything carefully. Manisha even gave us advice on how to make the home a more dementia friendly environment. What I loved was how she involved dad in all of this, she made made him feel like this was as important to him as it is his family and I really appreciated that. Manisha explained all the care options and came up with the most cost effect care plan. We decided to go with their specialist dementia live-in care plan. At first we were naturally nervous about someone moving in but Manisha showed us all the carers are checked and vetted before meeting anyone. It’s safe to say Dad LOVES his live in carer, Home Instead did such a good job at matching them together and helping us through all of decisions. I honestly can’t thank everyone there enough. Knowing my dad is going to get the best care and not be let down means everything to me and the family. Thank you Home Instead
