Google Bad Review 1: I m the landlord and the property is been put on rent through them. They never pick the call up and from last year they not giving me any updates to empty my property as the tenants broken my house completely. It’s very hard to get in touch with these agents as they dnt bothered to reply back and gv a landlord updates . Never go with these agents .

It has been less than 3 months with home connect and I have had nothing but issue after issue. Before we moved in, we were told 1.) A kitchen drawer would be fixed, 2.) The tiles in the bathroom would be fixed and 3.) The fridge freezer would be cleaned (it had disgusting, vile red liquid pooled atthe bottom, and 4.) The shower pole would be fixed.

To date, all 4 of these have yet to be even acknowledged by Home Connect, and we are simply getting told to wait. This is ridiculous.

Upon moving in, we find that the gas and electric credit is far into the emergency reserves ( around £30), and, while this was handled with the moneyback, it should never have been a problem in the first place. Where is the profesionalism? I am repeatedly ignored in my text messages for aid. For example, the bathroom lock was completely missing, and upon requesting it changed, I am completely ignored.

Soon after, the boiler stopped working due to low pressure, and after insisting we needed a flexi pipe to fix it, they realised how to actually fix it and told us.

And then soon after our pipes starting leaking ! On top of this I have asked for any urgent solution due to not being able to cook or clean, and have promptly been ignored.

Universally terrible and unprofessional, very very dissapointed with the service I've had.
