Google Bad Review 1: I've been a customer of Holy Cow's for a few years and always enjoyed their food, but their service is chaotic and unreliable – out of my last 3 delivery orders, one was forgotten about completely and arrived 1.5 hr late after I followed up with them, another arrived lukewarm, and a third arrived 30 mins earlier than the time I'd booked – when I wasn't home.
After complaining to the manager, he offered a free meal to make it up. But when I called up in the same week to order the replacement, I was told they wouldn't provide it and that I should maybe try again another day. Won't be ordering from them again – a shame, since their food has always been pretty good.

Google Bad Review (2): The delivery driver from Holly cow is not good always delay the food comes cold, becouse they work from deliveroo as well as the some times, so is much better to get your order from deliveroo or just eat, but the food is good amazing delicious
