Google Bad Review 1: I wouldn't even give this place a one star! Was advised over the phone they had particular stone I required, so I made the 40 mile journey in by train. When I got there I was advised they didn't have it, when I explained I had spoke to someone already over the phone and the length of journey I had made, I was laughed at and told ‘Oh that ain't too far'!
Terrible service, asked to speak to the manager and strangely they also responded with the same answer, that it wasn't a big journey.
No apology by the manager.
Its quite apparent that they only reserve good customer service for the wealthier clients, which I find utterly shameful.
If your a small tadpole in a sea of sharks I recommend buying somewhere else or building connections abroad where the stones are mined. You will save yourself a lot of money and insults.
The snobbery here is just simply on another level.
