Google Bad Review 1: Poor internet connection and bad service!
At first, when I entered the room, the smell was awful, the safe was not working and water drain was blocked.
They promptly fixed them all, though I believe that each room shall be checked, before handing it over to the customers.
The major problem to me was Internet speed! Although I complained about it serveral times, no one even tried to fix it. Instead, they asked me to come down and use the internet in the lobby, which was relatively better. Apparently, these guys are aware of the bad infrastrucure they have, which can never be fixed over a night.
This review was written after my second stay in this property, when I booked for the second time, I was genuinely hopping to see kind of enhancement in their services, though (sadly) i found that the same problems persist.

Google Bad Review (2): Paid £250 to stay one night, breakfast not included. Dirty towels, no biscuits with tea and coffee and damp marks on the lamp shade. No air conditioning in the room and unable to open windows. Not worth £250. That was a cheap rate.
