Google Bad Review 1: I was placed next door to people isolating from oversees and this made me very uncomfortable – poor health and safety. Also I have a severe disability and they wanted me to move instead, that was completely out of order.

Google Bad Review (2): I've been to many holiday Inn hotels but this was the worst experience ever the first the receptionist was rude I had an exemption badge and he asked me to wear a mask secondly I was not aware the checkout time was at 11 exactly at 11 there was this lady knocking the door I was about to open the door to see who that was and that lady just opened the door and came in and asked us to checkout I have never experienced this in any other hotel and holiday Inn is one of the best hotels in London and this is the service provided to us by coming into the room and asking us to checkout I would understand if she knocked the door and waited for me to answer the door but no she was a disrespectful by entering the room like that and me and my partner was naked I would never recommend holiday Inn hotels to anyone any more I used to love Holiday Inn hotels but this time I was very disappointed by how we was treated and I really want that person who entered our room to sort herself out and not to treat customers like that even the receptionist could call and let us know we needed to check out I still don't understand how is holiday Inn giving permission to the staff to enter the room while there are customers in the room that shows that the staff there have no decency and I will be waiting for a reply back from holiday Inn to know if who gave permission to the staff to enter the room like that .
