Google Bad Review 1: If you are looking for efficient and professional customer service please look else where! I made the effort to complete my initial personal financial questionnaire with as much detail as possible as advised by the company so they could ‘help me'. I completed my first questionnaire with no delay. However I had to chase them up for the second questionnaire to be sent out to me. Completed the second questionnaire and again no response…. no email to arrange an initial meeting… I’m just waiting for a call or email……but no communication. I really don’t have time for this poor, unprofessional, slow and unreliable service. I am now looking else where for help with my financial planning – (Updated due to response from Ed – I wish to not disclose my real name on a public forum but unfortunately you are mistaken, I have got the correct company. Unfortunately I no longer which to use your services so I will not be in contact with you. Hopefully your services and communication will be more efficient for your future clients)

Google Bad Review (2): Time wasters who are very lazy, asked to assist and they decided to come back when they felt like. After passing me to Justin Al-kaisy who was extremely cagey and abrupt. I never found out ANY info from him at all. When pushed to get me the info I requested he initially refused then promised to get back me which he never did. When contacted his office to say im not using him, he replied almost immediately and sarcastically. Dont waste your time with this company.
