Google Bad Review: Staff owe you a duty of care because they are part of the health care profession, however the current staff are vindictive and spiteful. Complain if you have cause to and you will be compensated like me by £150 for the staffs negligent behaviour in delaying the delivery of medication by pretending to order it.
