Google Bad Review 1: If there was minus-100, that is what they deserve. Absolutely do NOT trust HML Hathaways, they are the MOST INCOMPETENT companies with who you can do business. They have no interest in the property, barely have any knowledge of the properties they manage, shockingly you can't ever talk to your property manager. With that, they are absolutely extortionate and pull fees and costs from the sky. They send the most expensive service people and do not have any personal contact with you about your account other than firing off an invoice in an email. BE WARNED – DO NOT CONTRACT WITH HML HATHAWAYS. They are awful awful awful. Terrible terrible terrible – as others say extremely unprofessional. Not sure what work they actually do each day because they don't respond to their customers. Horrendous. Save yourself any trouble and choose a competent local maintenance agent.

Google Bad Review (2): If there were no stars I would choose no stars. Appaling. They haven't actually done anything of any use in any way. Difficult to speak to and communicate with and after over 2 years of pestering them to engage with important service issues – still nothing has materialised. I seriously consider them to be nothing more than a fraudulent company that serves itself and not those who pay in to it.

Google Good Review: HML Whetstone have managed our property for the past three years, ever since we bought the freehold in June 2016. Unfortunately, in the beginning, the property manager assigned to us wasn't very responsive. However, since Lauren Lacey took over as Property Manager about a year ago we have been very impressed. She is incredibly efficient and helpful. So much so that she is never allowed to leave. I mean, we hope she never leaves. 🙂
