Google Bad Review 1: Same story as David Winston's happened to me. I received a letter from Hiscox in the post saying that my home insurance policy premium will go up from £581 (last year) to £907 (this year). This a whopping 56% increase in insurance premium in one year alone and an utter insult to a long loyal customer who for many, many years held both business and home insurances with Hiscox. I will now transfer all my insurance policies to a different provider. I will not recommend using Hiscox in the future.

Google Bad Review (2): Inward looking, their love for their own processes and tick boxes. Unable to understand value, let alone create and deliver value to their clients. If anything, they create unnecessary burden to those who are trying to run and grow a business. A utility company could do a better job.
