Google Bad Review 1: My daughter loves Chinese food so we came here on the evening of her 9th birthday, a school night. I chose Hiro on the basis of the favourable reviews below and booked a table in advance. There were six of us. We arrived at 7.05pm and had to wait in an otherwise deserted restaurant for one hour and 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Mysterious allusions to “problems” in the kitchen were offered in embarrassed tones, but without elaboration. We almost left at one point but were assured the food would be ready within 10 minutes: it wasn't. Just as we had made up our mind to give up, it finally arrived. Plates made their way to our table in dribs and drabs. Quality was adequate. End result: a tired and upset daughter, angry parents and a birthday evening ruined.

Google Bad Review (2): I have to say this was by far the most rude and awful service I have ever experienced, the owner locking the doors telling me that she choses her customers and that if I don't pay the service charge I can leave. Food was average at best! Never coming again.
