Google Good Review: Perfect location and accomodation close to Excel. Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated with good facilities. Very comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Will be booking again next time as such a pleasant experience.

Google Bad Review: We rented a terrible flat which wad very expensine and looked great in the pictures. The electrical devices didn't work as expected. The dishwasher didn't wash the dishes so I had wash them by hand, the coffee machine didn't work at all, the refregirator was hot in the upper shelf. Also there were not enough towels, in the kitchen and in the toilets, not enough forks and teespoons. When we complained we were told that we should have asked for tjose basic things. As if it was a surprise that 3 teespoons are not enough for 5 people.
Instead of getting an apology, all we got were accusations.
We asked for late check in, and no one was there to get us in, so at 2:40 A.M. in the freezing night with 3 litle ones we had to go to the hotel near. And if you think that they compensate us for the price of the night in the hotel or excused us from the late check in fee, than think again. Beware!
