Google Good Review: Happy with the service, its easy enough to register an account via the app (inputting details like drivers registration with pictures for evidence), and then the same app can be used to find and book a van. The prices are easy enough to understand, and the on-demand nature of it is great. I've used this service sporadically (3x over 6-7 years), and would happily use it again. The app is great and you can control the whole process from it, including locking and unlocking the van. Perfect for ad-hoc jobs (you can book by the hour). I can see from the reviews that some people have struggled with this service and, admittedly, I had some challenges as well (I had previously deactivated my account and had some challenges re-activating/re-registering), but I was able to get through to someone who could help quickly at each roadblock. The whole service is remote, so if you don't know how to use the internet and/or an app, or have trouble picking up the phone to speak to someone when you run into trouble.. you might struggle (if this is too hard to do just walk into europcar or something), but if you're comfortable with the above this is a hard service to beat.

Google Bad Review: Booked a van through the website only to have to ring up on the morning of the booking to reconfirm details and ID that I’d already sent them multiple times. They took £150 out of my account and, a month later, I am still waiting for a refund to reflect the actual amount I was charged, around £80. Every email to their customer care address just comes back with an automated message and no actual response from a human being. Horrendous customer care. I’ll never use them again.
