Google Bad Review 1: I do not recommend doing business with this agency. they promised a clean, painted apartment, but they lied, I arrived in a dirty apartment with mold on the walls

Google Bad Review (2): The most incompetent and unprofessional agency I have dealt with. The agent who dealt with us was rude, unreliable and untrustworthy.
A few of the issues:
Our deposit was refunded late (beyond the specified the written contract).
The agent had too many tenants living in an non-HMO licenced property. I called the council and they confirmed that the agent was in breach of council law. I advised Hemmingfords and no action was taken.
Communal cleaning service was advertised but not provided.
No maintenance provided to the property.
