Google Bad Review 1: Very rarely leave reviews but felt this is needed and sadly for all the wrong reasons.
I have been coming here for over 2 years now for waxing . Often only when I’m working close by . That reason being that the pricing seems to change each visit and conveniently more each time . Always just went along with it but enough is enough .
No respect for loyal customers at all and will make sure I never go here again .
To me customer service is key especially when spending a lot each time and this salon does not offer that .

Google Bad Review (2): Rushed in and out in a couple of minutes. Ended up with wonky and badly shaped brows. When I said I wasn't happy she didn't really care and did very little to correct it – made it worse. I saw other people point out issues with their brows while I was waiting who got the same response. There are better places to go!!
