Google Bad Review 1: I had a really disappointing experience with Hectic Hair Forest Hill. After a first visit for highlights i booked myself for ‘Magic blond' thing to refresh my roots and i was told how long it takes and how much i pay and it sounded great. I came in for an appointment and spent twice as long and paid twice as much, although different haidresser. I was then booked for third appointment but refused to go, they called me to apologise and i was told i overpaid and invited to come in as ‘they would sort it out'. I was served my Mike. It was all great but when it came to payment i was told same price as last time (apparently overpaid)… and when asked for explanation he first said he ‘forgot' about our chat only a say before, and also that ‘the prices have gone up a bit since i last visited'. He also said i am being given presents ( which by the way everyone got), plus a sample of bath bubnle for which i never asked. Seeing my unhappy face he then said he would give me a 10% discount next time!
I am very dissapointed and no i would not reccommend this place.

Google Bad Review (2): I don't understand why this place has so many stars. I visited this hairdresser quite regularly and everyone was quite friendly and pleasant. I cam in to get a balyage. I had showed Mike a picture beforehand who advised me that being a colour expert he could achieve the look i asked for. I booked in an appointment which took the whole day. I had been there from 9am to 4pm and once the foils were taken off i had pink patches all over my hair. I was then told by Mike that he didn't understand why this happened and that he would fix it but couldn't fix it on the day (sunday) i had work the next day and explained i couldn't go in like this. He told me there was nothing he could do but for me to come in on monday. I left and got box dye to fix this. I was then bombarded with phone calls asking me to come in to fix my hair and to pay for this service. I never went back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Their customer care is appalling.
