Google Bad Review: Too many issues to list with our boiler and rad install! The original timeframe for the works stretched from 7 days to two weeks as no one attended the property for days once old boiler and rads were removed. No reason was provided for absence. We had to arrange alternative accommodation having no heating for a week mid-winter.

Work was rushed on other days and the quality of work suffered as a result.

Hundreds of pounds for additional parts and labour were added after the works had commenced. This was mainly due to failure of the engineer to take the necessary measurements for the boiler install. Some charges I can only describe as opportunistic. Most notably, a charge for £60 to cut and remove a non viable 1 metre 15mm copper pipe which supplied the old boiler.

Worst of all, at our first boiler service we found out that the flue installation was incorrect and as a result unsafe (verified by Vaillant). It was clear that no flue integrity test was carried out at the time. Luckily the boiler was in a well ventilated space and we suffered no harm as a result.

I would say avoid if you value your time and safety.
