It is unfair to give even one star !
HearWeGo Audiology Practice has advertised in a local magazine stating “FREE EAR & HEARING HELTH CHECK few months ago. I have booked an appointment with them and went to check my unbearable ear pain. Preet Nijar who’s the Director of the practice took my details and checked my ear with the Otoscope and said I have an ear infection therefore go and see my GP to get some prescript medication.
The whole scenario did not last not more than 15 minutes ( 10 minutes just to get my details and nature of the pain). The only object she used the disposable gloves that she used for the check up. At the end she charged me £50 !
I have paid £50 for a 15 minutes conversation to get advanced from PREET NIJAIR “go & see your GP !
I’m a first timer for these sort of practice and only went the because they advertised “FREE EAR & HEARING HELTH CHECK” they advertised.
Afterwards I went to my GP practice in Pinner and the doctor did exactly the same check and wrote me some medicine, which only cost me £7 !
When I explained what happened at PREET NIJAR’s practice to my GP she went speechless & explained me I was unfairly charged and have a word with them for a negotiation.
When I went back and explained PREET NIJAR that I was unfairly charged she refused to talk to & addressed me in a very unprofessional manner and put me ( her patient ) down so badly for come back and inquire about the charges. She refused at once and asked me to leave. I asked her “ isn’t it easy to make money by checking 10 patients a day, charge them £50 each & ask them to see your GP, she said “yes that’s what professionals does”. What kind of professionalism is that ?
I asked her to to give me a receipt for what I paid and she demanded she would email. She emailed me the receipt stating “OTOSCAOPY & TYMPANOMETRY !
The fact is the only thing PREET NIJAR did was check my ear & said go to your GP for £50.
I have been unfairly ripped off by HearWeGo Audiology Practice in Northwood. I have all the evidence to prove that.
Both the times I visited the place NIRJA wasn’t wearing a mask & she clearly wasn’t complying the COVID 19 government rules. I have evidence to prove that.
PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS PRACTICE !
PREET NIJAR Misleading by advertising & ripping -off innocent patients.
