Google Bad Review 1: Scammers along with the worst hair dressers in the uk !!! Came in for a change of colour of the hair, realised a balayage would look better with the colour I came in with but obviously it was nearly home time for the girls and they wanted to go home they rushed it so bad. Followed the instructions I was told yet still after the first wash the colour washed out !!! Seriously headmasters could’ve coloured my hair at home!!! Ive has my hair colour many times before but I don’t know what this fake “smart bond” was used on my hair but my hairs never felt so rough in my life. Everyone apprently seemed to be the elite staff at this salon which is why the price was sky high but the cheek at the end they tried to force a sale of a shampoo conditioner and hair mask on. Nice going

Google Bad Review (2): Just returned from a haircut here, I wanted a layered bob with an angled fringe, but somehow now I have a thick straight fringe with a very flat bob and look like some crazy Sia fan that cut her own hair. When I requested the hairdresser to at least make the fringe angled or less thick this person refused, cause I look “cute” this way (I guess it is a baby pug kinda cute, not human female cute though). When I asked why it looks nothing like the picture, the hairdresser told me that with my fine hair the selected haircut would not work. No idea why this person didn't tell me that when I was showing various pictures of the options that I was willing to try (I was not set on one particular style), or didn't tell me what modifications are required.
Update: just washed my hair (yes, I had to wash it) the bob is about 0,5 cm shorted on one side of th face.
