Google Bad Review 1: I had to cancel my appointment because my Dad had a stroke and I needed to go back to my family home. I gave them more than 24 hours notice but they still charged me the deposit. I told them the reason why I was cancelled and they still refused to refund the deposit. Ridiculous.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst experience I had with a hairdresser in my life. Went for a full colour head. Talked previously on the phone that I would required bleach and stated that there was a promotion for September. I asked if I should book the appt. Instead I was told that it was OK to come.
Gave the hairdresser a few pictures of the same person with the same colour I wanted and asked if it could be done today. She said yes. So I went ahead. The cut was fine but the colour was totally wrong and different from the one I requested. From a vibrant purple to a dark flat purple. I came with dark hair – they bleached it – and they added dark pigment asking me what colour or mixture or colours could get the desired one (I am a client, not an specialist!! Otherwise I would have done it myself at home).
5 hours later. I was told that I had to pay more than the price stated on the website and they told me that it is because the bleach is not included and they gave me a free – cut????
£150. Felt like I have been robbed after 5 hours of time and money. I was a regular but sorry. This error and fault from the stylist to say that they do not have the pigment, could have been the right thing to do and from reception, although I have been visiting this place for some years now… They should have definitely not have charged me that much for a service that was so messed up. Gave me anxiety. Never again.
