Google Bad Review 1: We tried to book here this evening for dinner, and couldn’t book via the website so we phoned to make a booking and they started telling us they have no bookings available, however they absolutely did as the bookings were available online so I told them the issue only to be told ‘book it online then’. So not only we’re we extremely put off by this embarrassingly rude behaviour, but upon finishing our meal, we handed the waiter our £50 voucher to which they told us they’ve already taken of the bill, so I added up the total of everything that we had and low and behold they hadn’t taken off my voucher. So they were extremely rude and tried conning us off our £50 so I absolutely do not recommend this disgraceful place.

Google Bad Review (2): The Turkish manager had a defiant and rude attitude, when I arrived, he told me that the order would be ready in 10 minutes, I waited more than 20 minutes, then he told me that I had to wait another 10 minutes…When I reproached him for having an unprofessional attitude, that he should have told me the truth from the beginning, he told me that he is a manager and does not answer to anyone.
Does he know the difference between an owner and an employee (even a manager) ?
And the customer, who saw that I didn't pick up the order after 30 minutes…will he order a second time?
In any case, as a delivery driver, I will no longer accept any orders from here…
A big difference in mentality and professionalism, between Kaspa, for example, a very busy place, but where the employees really work as a team, have a friendly attitude and make you come back every time, even if sometimes the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes.
