Google Bad Review (2): Customer service is poor, you can't but help feel the garage is only out for your money. When I told them what was wrong with my car and asked them how much it would roughly cost they said they couldn't say. I was later surprised to be hit with a diagnosis cost of £50 and the cost of the remedy I told them I needed. I would have expected at least they should have mentioned the diagnosis cost upfront. I regret not taking my car to the manufacturer for a repair.
