Google Bad Review: Absolutely appalled by the customer service, advise on treatment and after care received by Dr Yusra. She only asked me what I want to get done and I said I had lip fillers done before so want to refill in a natural way. She used 1ml of hyaluronic acid and it doesn’t look refilled at all. I had better results when I had it done the first time by another doctor. Also, the shape of my lips have changed in a way that doesn’t suit to my face, it doesn’t enhance my smile either. I also endured a lot of bruises and it was swollen for at least 4-5 days which wasn’t the case with my previous aesthetics doctor.

The next day, I received an email saying thank you for the visit. If I have any questions I could email or call them. I realised I forgot to ask what type of hyaluronic acid was injected in my lips. Whether that is Restylane or Juvederm. It’s been over a month now and I haven’t received any response. I tried calling them with two different numbers (in case my one phone is just playing up) and it doesn’t connect. So unprofessional and I definitely will not go again. It takes a lot to build trust in an aesthetics doctor that charges a lot of money (as there are a lot of them out there that are just in this game for the money) in my opinion that trust is build within two minutes and strengthened during the after care. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case with Dr Yusra. I am also surprised that apart from Google reviews, she absolutely has no independent reviews. I paid a little more with other doctors but received excellent after care and service. I was treated like a human being.
