Called me the next day (a day early) out of the blue ‘trying their luck' as they are ‘very keen to speak' but doesn't mind disturbing. Then doesn't call on the day of the appointment. Also tells me to double check my phone when I tell them they didn't call or left a message. Completely unprofessional.
