Google Bad Review 1: Booked a free valuation with Harpers on Friday 13th August 21 with the MD Jak Kypri for 11am. He called on the morning to change to 1pm due some other engagements, so i agreed. He then turned up around 20 mins late. And literally walked in and spent less than 5 mins in the property. No measurements taken and didnt even see our garden room until i told him. He wasnt bothered at all. He just said he would email with the valuation of which im still waiting for. No response, nothing. Very poor service and lack of professionalism. He told me he only deals with high end properties which is fair enough but dont agree to a valuation only to not follow through on giving one.
